1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER MARINE PROJECT (CMMP)
Qualification :

- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering
- Age between 30-40 years old
- You will be a qualified engineer with at least 10 years experience in marine civil engineering at a senior level
- Must have worked for a construction contractor
- Have particularly strong contract management skills.
- A good record within HSE
- Broad experience in marine construction works

2. ENGINEERING MANAGER MARINE PROJECT (EMMP)
Qualification :

- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering
- Age between 30-40 years old
- You will be a qualified engineer with at least 5 years experience in marine civil engineering at a senior level
- Must have worked for a construction contractor
- Have particularly strong contract management skills
- A good record within HSE

3. SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER (SQE)
Qualification :
- Strong personality, good interpersonal skills, assertive, decisive, self motivated
- Minimum 10 years experience in projects and minimum 5 solid years experience in quality [QA/QC] in projects [buildings, marine or oil & gas jobs]
- Minimum S1, preferably Civil/ Architectural Engineer
- Maximum 45 years by 2010
- Familiar with ISO 9000 series knowledge and implementation
- Fluent English, oral and writing
- Good reporting skills [in English and Indonesian]
- Auditor/ Lead Auditor Certified [preferably IRCA certified course] for ISO 9000 series
- Preferably having experience in project engineering team
- Familiar with Civil Engineering National and International Codes [SNI, BS, ACI, ASTM, JIS etc.]
- Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans, ITP, Check list forms, and other quality documentations

4. SENIOR CIVIL / MARINE ENGINEER (SCM)
Direct Responsibility :
- coordinating team engineers in the Head Office
- support marine tenders & projects
- tender application &  managing of the tender teams
- work preparation for new projects

- Having 5 years experiences in Contract Administration of Integrated Engineering Procurement & Construction Project
- Computer literated (MS Office – All Packages)

Perkembangan Hubungan Industrial dewasa ini ditandai oleh adanya perubahan yang sangat signifikan sebagai dampak globalisasi dan reformasi antara lain meliputi kebebasan berserikat, pelaksanaan HAM, supremasi hukum, otonom daerah sebagai hasil perubahan sistem pemerintahan, penerapan standar ketenagakerjaan internasional, infra struktur dan iklim investasi. Fenomena perubahan ini harus dipahami oleh semua pihak yang berinteraksi dalam hubungan industrial karena perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada akhirnya harus diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku dan sikap yang tepat karena menyangkut banyak aspek seperti sosial, budaya, ekonomi, politik dan upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan.
