<p>1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER MARINE PROJECT  (CMMP)</strong><strong><br />
Qualification :</strong><br />
- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or  Architectural Engineering<br />
- Age between 30-40 years old<br />
- You will be a qualified engineer with at least 10 years  experience in marine civil engineering at a senior level<br />
- Must have worked  for a construction contractor<br />
- Have particularly strong contract management  skills.<br />
- A good record within HSE<br />
- Broad experience in marine  construction works</p>
<p><strong>2. ENGINEERING MANAGER MARINE PROJECT  (EMMP)<br />
Qualification :</strong><br />
- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or  Architectural Engineering<br />
- Age between 30-40 years old<br />
- You will be a qualified engineer with at least 5  years experience in marine civil engineering at a senior level<br />
- Must have  worked for a construction contractor<br />

<p>3. SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER (SQE)</strong><strong><br />
Qualification :<br />
</strong>- Strong  personality, good interpersonal skills, assertive, decisive, self  motivated<br />
- Minimum 10 years experience in projects and  minimum 5 solid years experience in quality [QA/QC] in projects [buildings,  marine or oil &amp; gas jobs]<br />
- Minimum S1, preferably Civil/ Architectural  Engineer<br />
- Maximum 45 years by 2010<br />
- Familiar with ISO 9000 series knowledge and  implementation<br />
- Fluent English, oral and writing<br />
- Good reporting skills [in English and  Indonesian]<br />
- Auditor/ Lead Auditor Certified [preferably IRCA  certified course] for ISO 9000 series<br />
- Preferably having experience in project  engineering team<br />
- Familiar with Civil Engineering National and  International Codes [SNI, BS, ACI, ASTM, JIS etc.]<br />
- Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans,  ITP, Check list forms, and other quality documentations<br />
- Having sufficient knowledge and practical  experience of Quality Improvement Tools<strong></p>
<p>4. SENIOR CIVIL /  MARINE ENGINEER (SCM)</strong><strong><br />
Direct Responsibility  :<br />
</strong>- coordinating team engineers in the Head Office<br />
- support  marine tenders &amp; projects<br />
- tender application &amp;  managing of the  tender teams<br />
- work preparation for new projects<br />
- continuous improvement  of work preparation &amp; quality prochedures<br />
- engineering assistance of our  ongoing projects<br />
- assistance with selection &amp; recruitment of new project  engineers<br />
- marketing assistance for new project opportunities<br />
- design  coordination for design &amp; construct projects<br />
- assignment to projects as  Engineering Manager or Project Manager will be possible as  well</p>

- University Degree in Civil or  Maritime Engineering<br />

<p>6. CONTRACT ADMNISTRATOR ENGINEER  (CAE)<br />

- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering<br />
- Age between 27-35 years old<br />
- Having 5 years experiences in Contract Administration of Integrated  Engineering Procurement &amp; Construction Project<br />
- Computer literated (MS Office &#8211; All Packages)<br />
- Able to identified, knowing &amp; exposure comprehensively &#8220;Condition of  Contracts&#8221; and ISO / QA Procedures- Proficiency in English language required for efficient review /  understanding for intepretation of Contracts Documents, effective correspondence  and submittals<br />
- Interpersonal, team player and effective communication<strong></p>
<p>7. SENIOR PROJECT QUALITY SURVEYOR  (SPQS)<br />
Qualification :</strong><br />
- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering<br />
- Age between 27-35 years old<br />
- Able to handling in the areas of both  pre-contract and post-contract administration<br />
- Having experience in Quantity Surveying  Consultancy Firm(s) in ALL aspects of Quantity Surveying practice will be  advantages<br />
- Prefferably having exposure to both civil and  marine building projects<br />
- Knowledge of various types of procurement methods  and Construction Contracts<br />
- Computer  Literate<br />
- Ability to work on projects independently with  minimum or no supervision<br />
